Please note that in observance of Labor Day, our office will be closed on Monday, September 2nd, and will close early at 2 pm on Friday, August 30th.
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved nurse, Racquel Moore, who dedicated over 20 years to touching lives at Kenmore Family Medicine. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers for her family during this difficult time.
We have been receiving numerous requests for injectable weight loss medications like Wegovy and Zepbound. Currently, these medications are not covered by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid plans. Most other insurance plans require prior authorization, but this does not guarantee coverage.
We are actively administering the COVID-19 booster shot. We encourage eligible individuals to contact our office for scheduling information. However, we are not administering the COVID booster for pediatric patients. For pediatric COVID vaccine information, please visit the Erie County website.
To enhance your visit, we now offer a Pre Check-In service. Ensure your email and/or cell phone information is up to date to receive a link that allows you to check in before your appointment, reducing wait times and paperwork.
For lab services, please contact Catholic Health Lab at 716.447.6671. Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling 862-1150.
