"I ordered a item and had it delivered to my PO BOX at this location. Upon receipt I noticed that it had been unwrapped and 2 rubber bands were used to place the label back on the box. A clerk in this facility opened my box and stole my item. When I presented this to the supervisor, who then confronted the clerk she could not explain why she placed the item in my box. If it were damaged the way that she said it was then why was it placed in my personal box without a damaged slip. She couldn’t answer the question and therefore lied about it. I am extremely upset that this happened. Be aware when having items sent to this facility. I never want to see anyone fired. But stealing is definitely grounds for termination."
