"Out of every rink in WNY this is a poor experience for both spectator and player. Spectators - dress as if you are homeless on a Code Blue night in Buffalo. Blankets, insulated boots, gloves. You will need it all. Sight lines are ok and when you’re out of the rink there are 2 small areas where you can slowly defrost. Bonus is that it is relatively clean. Parking is a huge lot which is nice unless it’s high school hockey season and there is a game ahead of you. It’s one sheet so those parents are waiting g for their athletes while you are coming in to watch yours. It’s a pain and you’ll miss the first few minutes of your game waiting for a spot. Players - it’s cold. Fui… There is not a proshop , a few vending machines for little brothers and sisters to get their sugar fix. Ice is “ all right” and the benches are spacious so at least there is that. The lighting is atrocious. Of the approx 50 lights over the ice… 13 were out and not functional so 25% of the lights are not operational. When using poor LED’s ( there are way better LED for rinks out there ) you need all of them to work. It fine for an open skate but as an athlete, visibility in this rink has to be the worst in WNY. So … not all bad … but it was a stretch giving it 2 stars."

"My family came here today for our kids to skate, they are 4, 5 and 13. The younger kids were in the sectioned off part of the ice for little kids who don't know how to skate. There were older kids in the section that kept knocking our 4 and 5 year old over and running into them because they were horsing around. The older kids obviously did not need to be in the little kid section knocking kids over, so my husband asked the people working if they could ask the older kids to stay out of the section for kids who don't know how to skate. They told him there was nothing they could do about it and after he told them they could do their job and kick the kids out they told my husband he couldn't be on the ice anymore because he had sneakers on, which he had been wearing the entire time he was helping our kids. They only kicked him off the ice because he was asking them to do their job and keep the little kids safe. We were going to be doing the learn to skate here but now we will be chosing Holiday Rink."

"Great location, but only one rink. No concessions or pro shop. There are vending machines. Rink is cold and the benches are on the ground, not raised."

"Facility is in good condition. Dress warm it’s a cold rink, metal bleachers. No concessions other than a couple vending machines. Restrooms were clean and parking isn’t a problem."
