"I have been using this annex now close to 2 years because I ship a lot of packages with my small Etsy business. Though at times this annex (and the local post office) have been short staffed at times, I have to say all the workers at the counter and our postal carrier (Jake) have all been amazing and gone above and beyond over the past 2 years. Losing this annex when we move is something I'm actually a little sad about. I have seen some of these workers been unfairly yelled at, for reasons completely out of their hands, by customers and the composure they have kept and still treated the customers with respect while doing as much as they can is remarkable. I have so much respect and appreciation for these workers. Thank you for making my business run a little more smoothly."

"I don’t know your policy when it comes to deliveries shipped in cardboard boxes BUT today I received my shipment of ENSURE from the VA hospital & it was pouring rain. The boxes were SOAKED & falling apart. These shipments are VITAL to my health because I have Oral Cancer & until healed ,, I’m restricted to a liquid diet. COMMON SENSE would be to cover (wrap) the delivery in plastic sheeting,,, But I surmise that “Common Sense” is not a requirement of your delivery Personnel."

"Was suppose to receive a package yesterday. It never came. The tracking information stated that the at 12:41p carrier attempted delivery and could not access the delivery location. It was a 69 degree sunny day and hasn't snowed in 6 months."

"I had a package being shipped the next day but tracking information said handed to post office. So I was referred to this office so I could pick it up and skip waiting for next day delivery that required a signature. I spoke with Ray and he took my tracking numbers, checked his pallets, found my package and put it up front for me to pick up a day early, saving me a whole day waiting for a package that required a signature for delivery. Great help."

"Certain carriers have made the place go way down hill recently. Shredded mail, soaking wet mail even when it's sunny outside, ripped open envelopes, lying about when packages are delivered, boxes left in the rain instead of under the patio. I waited all day for a package to be delivered today. It didn't come with the regular mail, so I called a few hours later and asked if it was still out for delivery. I was told it was probably on the truck somewhere, and that the carrier was texted to let them know they missed something. But they said it would definitely be delivered today. It never showed. According to my tracking, a delivery was attempted almost 8 hours after when my mail got here. A time when I was sitting in my living room, just feet from the front door where the mailbox is. No knock. No doorbell. No sticker saying they missed us. The front motion light didn't even turn on at the time they said they tried to deliver it. Also, the tracking info said they could not access the delivery location. I have no idea what that's supposed to mean. The sidewalks are shoveled and they get to our mailbox every day. I don't know why it's suddenly a problem. Sounds like someone who loaded the package, forgot to deliver it, then lied about going back to actually deliver it because they were too lazy. People pay for faster shipping to ensure that their items get to them in time if they are time sensitive, and having carriers lie to cover their own incompetence is BS."
