"Small station, good clean parking lot. It's located in a quite place. I found it difficult transportation system, specially public transport. But good for those who have own transport. One thing is common to other Buffalo building, it has a buffalo statue in front of the building."

"A very good station. We've ridden the maple leaf to niagara falls a few times, and have always enjoyed it. The staff on the train was friendly, and did everything professionally. The station has always been clean, well maintained, and easy to navigate because of its simple design. We've gotten tickets here before, and it was always pretty quick and easy to do. The ticket office is run well, and the staff always does their job efficiently. On a side note, it's a great place to watch trains. Probably the best in the buffalo area. Signals are visible from both sides, and trains pass not 5 feet in front of you. Overall, a great place. Amtrak really know what their doing here."
