"I never take time to write or read reviews but in this case I'll make an exception. I usually figure people that give 1 star just happen to catch places on a bad day day. Trust me this is not the case. I dropped off a trophy to hand the plate changed. I asked that it be done ASAP. Needless to say after 7 weeks I called (they didn't call me) I asked about the hold up and they informed me they had tons of orders that came in (after mine) that needed to be done first. They said give it a day or 2.... Today after another 9 days I just went and picked it up. The young cocky kid at the counter is very dismissive and inattentive. I would advise you stay away!"
