"Absolutely horrible experience and place I don’t know how they have such a “ high star review “ we bought a jeep from here and it only has 32,000 miles on it and things keep going wrong and they won’t fix it or honor the warranty. We have brought it to Shults and had there expert mechanics show us multiple things wrong with the jeep and jeep refuses to fix it. Shults was even on the phone showing jeep what was wrong and arguing with the mechanics and jeep continues to deny it and won’t honor the warranty , they said it’s not “ significant enough for them” . They refuse to help us even though it could risk failing on us while driving. I would never ever ever come here for anything again! They also had us waiting around for 2 hours while “ checking things out “ all they care about is making a sale and not the customer. The other people who complained are exactly right , they have no idea what they are doing."
