"I have utilized Monroe since 2004 without any problems. I recently noticed a decline in work performance and employee morale, which reflects on the work being done on my vehicle. I have had 2 gentlemen conflate stories about my vehicle's without knowing about my mechanical skills. I have a newer vehicle bought straight from the the dealership. Sadly, I will not utilize Monroe moving because I don't trust the company; the workers or the quality of work performed on my vehicle. Moreover, I don't trust your pricing. I have found a more honest provider to maintain my vehicle moving forward."

"I was travelling through the Fredonia area on I90 in a rental car and got a punctured tire on the freeway. After being on the phone with the rental company for over an hour on the side of the road they still had very little for me in the way of options to get a replacment tire. They told me this Monroe location was a contracted repair center and they had a tire in stock, but they could not issue me a voucher for the work because their systems have been down for days and I would have to cover the repair costs and get reimbursed. I put the spare on and headed over there. When I arrived they told me that they did not actually have the tire the rental place said they did, but not to worry they could get me all patched up an back on the road. In all I was at the location for around 20 minutes, and Scott at the counter even told me he could bill the rental company direct and not to worry about trying to get reimbursed. Scott and his techs there are top notch! I finished out my business trip on the repair they did without a single issue. I highly recommend these guys, they are knowledgable and actually care about helping people!"

"Great personable service. Always transparent with what is being done on my vehicle. Great package deals on oil, brakes, tires and more. Plus if you have any questions about your vehicle these guys are very knowledgeable. I've been taking my vehicle here for a while now and they've always done right by me! Always recommend these guys when it comes to maintaining your vehicle and getting inspections done!"
