"We pulled up and they shut the lights off 5 minutes before closing. Our refrigerator has broken and we need to purchase a new one. I asked as the crew was heading to the door, all they could say was that I did not have my mask on and maybe come back back tomorrow. They had no interest in taking care of me and it was close to closing but still 5 minutes. I have a really good idea why they might not be a viable company and should not blame the big box competition. I remember the Patton family who would be rolling in their graves at this type of treatment. I will not ever darken their door again."

"we had a very bad experience with the staff at Patton's.Robin has no clue on how to treat customers.That explain why there is never anybody in the store.we then went to Pucci's and we were treated like family.that's where we'll deal with from now on,they were very friendly, very helpful and they were all dressed respectfully nice.At Patton's the lady we dealt with by the name of Robin doesn't know to wear descent clothes when you're working with the public she looked like she just got done mowing the lawn.The bottom line is don't waste your time going to Patton's but shop at Pucci's you'll be glad you did. P.S I tried to get a hold of the owner Mr Dave Lotter and he never returned my calls.Maybe he just doesn't care and neither do I ."
