"The Sales dept was spot on! Very easy to work with, fully aware of what I wanted and did not want, very happy with the buying experience … The service department on the other hand is very sub par… they got my car right in when I suddenly had an issue with my car, overall they had my car for 21 days, had a part “overnighted” and never heard from them again for 14 days until my husband stopped in and told them it will be done by the end of that day … it was… but the problem is still not resolved …. I had asked for a loaner car twice and was told “we don’t have any” I’m not sure how you can honestly not communicate with customers what is happening with their vehicles that they just purchased from your dealership and expect them to come back … Because I will not."

"You have a drive in system in place and you don’t use it. I have there twice in January for service and had to walk around for the service dept. you spent a lot is money for a system that you don’t use. Niagara Ford does not have this problem. Your owner wants my service for my next truck. I most definitely will need to think on that"
