"I was sent to lab for blood draw at 4:40. By the time some one came to the desk at 4:43, l was told they stopped taking patients at 4:45. When I pointed out it wasn't that time yet, she said , I'll have to check with my manager. She never returned so I left without having my test done. I am very disappointed in their customer service."
"Go anywhere else. Worst management of a practice I've experienced. Used to see one doctor who retried. Since then the quality has gone downhill. Azar will manage the number and not the person whole doing it with the bare minimum time & barely making eye contact. He'll use outdated calculators to determine if your "fit' then tell you that you need to go on a specific diet that won't work with your real medical issues... Which are in your chart. Follow up lab work? Calling a day ahead of time to make sure the order is in? Don't bother because it's not going to be in the system. Make sure you've got plenty of time cleared in your schedule because it's going to take time for them to talk to the Dr. Go anywhere else, if I could give them less stars I would."
"I have mixed feelings. The nutritionist I spoke to here was absolutely amazing. Very kind, and he really listened to you and didn’t rush you out. However, I was frustrated with one of the doctors here. I spoke to him about all of the possibilities for getting better, and he decided that the only thing to do is blood work. He said if they came back normal, there was nothing he could do, but if there was something unusual, we would take it from there. I got the phone call about my results, and they came back normal. The person I spoke to said they wanted to make a follow up appointment. As a recent college grad still making minimum wage, I don’t have a ton of money to go to the doctor when I know there’s nothing really to say. I asked the lady if the doctor had any plans of attack because when I spoke to him, he said that there’s nothing he could do if the blood work was normal. She said “oh yes he really wants to speak with you”. So I made the appointment, paid the copay, waited 30 minutes before I saw him, and when I got into the room with him, he told me in about 2 minutes that the result came back normal and there was nothing more he could do. Then sent me on my way. I was livid."
