"They are the worst. Cancel appointments without calling you. Don’t have all the information. Doctors are extremely difficult to talk to and are only worried about getting sued. It has not been a positive experience at all. Look somewhere else and save yourself the frustrations."

"Lots of people in and out. They make you take off your own medical grade disposable masks to put on their own that an attendant is holding stacks of and handing out as you enter. Parking is not labeled very well and you can easily be confused by which parking lot is for employees and which is for patients. The circle to the entrance was very full and congested with people waiting for people they dropped off. It was full on both sides making the flow of traffic nearly impossible."

"Nothing but drugs and poor managment in this building! claims to be disabilit made but how??? everytime I bring my mother both elevators are out of service!! managment was very rude to me when I asked about this! no concern for the disabled!! If I find another dr we will never go to this nasty building again!"

"There is no public restroom in the entire building, even though they serve coffee and food on the first floor. You have to ask permission at the doctors office to use a bathroom, and then its the in-suite facilities even though there are bathrooms accessible from the public hallway that are locked. One star because this is failed customer service at its worst."
