"This doctor was a scammer annd thief. Only wanted to treat people with pending lawsuits to scam lawyers and the system. How else do you think she can retire in her 50’s. Good riddance."

"I was referred to Dr. Melfi’s office by my psychiatrist office/pain management and was told since the office was no longer doing pain management that I needed to see a specialist to get relief from what I thought to be, not only the fact I needed a left knee replacement but I thought that I had sciatica of my right side. So, Dr. Melfi ordered an MRI of my back and an X-Ray of my right hip because she was convinced it was my hip not my back causing me such great pain down and around my right side. Well, she was accurate, it wasn’t my back causing me discomfort to my right side but that it was degenerate osteoarthritis of my right hip. I still insisted, since I saw her for pain management, to give me a steroid shot of my hip and, mind you, by the time I got to her office, I’d been suffering awful for who the heck how long it was but atleast a year and she STILL refused to help me out w/ my discomfort claiming that a steroid shot isn’t good before surgery. I had not even established an orthopedic surgeon to even see me as of yet, and even if I did have one lined up, the last I knew when I first looked into just my knee replacement surgery, alone, which was also causing me great pain, that they were atleast a month out to see the specialist and then another 3 mos. atleast to have the surgery! Even with that being said, she refused to give me any sort of relief of my pain and she claimed that my hip was in serious shape and there was no alternative but to have it replaced so my pain was valid and recognized but she could care less about me as one human being to another!!! The only nice and compassionate people there is the secretary (who’s retiring, by the way). The nurse who brought me back was very impersonal. She had simply no personality whatsoever! I guess the secretary highly recommends her as a spine specialist even though she did agree that she’s tough. She’s not just tough, she’s rude! She asked me why I was rocking and taping my foot and I told her that I happen to suffer from bi-polar and deep depression and that it’s either/or side affects from my medications or it’s because I’m nervous and it’s comforting for me to rock but what the hell does that have to do with my constant suffering that she was unwilling to treat??? As if having a steroid shot would interfere w/ surgery 4 mos. out, really?? Not only that, let me have that right not to suffer and be treated no matter the risks involved. I’d rather live shorter and comfortable than longer uncomfortable! Do I not have that right to my body? Secondly, it’s not as if I was asking for prescription drugs or anything! If I even was, I should still have had a right to them, regardless, of the affects to my body! That shouldn’t be any of their concerns as well."

"Dr. Melfi treated me with the Radiesse dermal filler and It was absolutely amazing! I hadn’t realized just how much volume I had lost in my cheeks. I feel like I look 10 years younger. Many people have commented on my beaming smile and keep telling me that my skin looks so smooth (and the best part is, they haven’t asked what I had done, they just think it’s me!) Dr. Melfi has a great “bedside” manner and explained every step of the procedure before she did it. She has a very light hand with regards to the actual injections. I experienced little to no pain and could barely feel any of the procedure. All of the staff were so welcoming and nice with GREAT customer service! They were very professional but also very laid back and welcoming, made me feel great and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Melfi thoroughly reviewed after treatment care and checked to make sure that I was doing well. The office is very well maintained and clean, they obviously take great pride in their work and environment. if I could give them 10 stars I would!!"
