"I was put in a room with a rude person because I answered my cell phone to my family asking if I have been seen yet and the person went off calling me a raciest white cracker so instead of moving her to the hallway they moved me wish I feel is definitely wrong on their behalf. I will be telling my family not to come here. Very unprofessional on the hospital staff."

"omg been here since 1pm it is 8:31pm still have not been seen they are just walking passed me and 2 others like we don't exist. Yet i am looking like um i need to be up by 3 a.m to work as well . the whole time they are all on the other side of the building."

"We arrived at the ER around 4:45 pm on 7/9. The visit was to bring my wife in, who was experiencing severe pain and swelling in the side of her face. Our hope was simply to obtain some medicine to reduce pain, as nothing previously was effective, and possibly an antibiotic for infection until the dentist would open the next day. When she finally got called for "triage" (that's what they call it.) They took her blood pressure twice, both times very high. Bottom number well over 100, top number 160 - 180. After 2 1/2 hours we left unseen due to her pain and discomfort. I have been in an ER with less severe conditions than others, and seen them go ahead of me. That is fine. That is what triage is supposed to be about. If Mash units ran triage the way the ER does there would have been a lot more dead soldiers. I expect in a doctors office to be seen in the order of arrival. It is time the ER gets honest enough to put up the real policy. YOUR CALL WILL BE ANSWERED IN THE ORDER IT WAS RECIEVED. 1 is the lowest there is for a rating. That is generous."
