"I had an excellent experience at Onondaga Physical Therapy. Paige and Michael were the therapists with whom I worked when I experienced a combination of lower back pain (sciatic) and hip pain. After the first couple of session, I realized that the therapy was already starting to help. Along with also making sure to 'do my homework' (working the drills at home between sessions) and the excellent ministrations of Michael and Paige, my hip and sciatic pain was gone within weeks, and has remained so. "I chose the Fairmount location of OPT since it was convenient and it was a great choice. Everyone from the office staff to my PT Paige Weston were friendly and welcoming. Paige worked with me to set my PT goals and worked to build a program of exercises that I can continue on my own. After 11 weeks I am pleased to say that I exceeded the goals set and have a great exercise program to move forward with. Paige was always willing to answer any questions I had and with the OPT app I can still reach out to her should I have a question, which I think is great since you feel you are still supported if you need it. I looked forward to my appointments each week not just because I saw it was helping, but because the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming."
