Dave and Oscar’s Crew were exceptional. They arrived on time, and their clear communication throughout the process ensured that we knew what to expect every step of the way. They were courteous, respectful of our property, and ensured that everything was cleaned up properly once the work was done. "When you say the word "custom" people automatically think more money, that's not the case with Graves Bros Home Improvement. This was a door install, custom height, and in a porch that had a "not so square" opening. We had 4 different contractors look at this job, each was from the local Auburn area, and they submitted quotes for this job and a couple others we are doing. Each company used the word custom, and each said it would be weeks before we would see the door installed, and yet ONE company stood far and above the rest, Graves Brothers. Their bid was the lowest of all, as much as half the cost of one quote. And if we had taken ANY of the other bids we would still be waiting for the door to arrive, Graves Bros installed it about 3 weeks after the order was placed, while all others said we had to wait 5 more weeks. From start to finish the process to get Graves on the job was excellent, from meeting Dave the Sales/Estimator, to the installer who showed up promptly and was very friendly & knowledgeable, and did his magic to make this an easy installation. The new door looks great, it's made the room airtight for the first time in 30 years, and it's all thanks to Graves Bros Home Improvement. We love the porch, and the door is better than the foam plug we use all winter to stop the draft. Thank you again for an outstanding job, we will be calling with more projects"

"We have hated the pale yellow siding of our home since we purchased it. The old aluminum siding was starting to show it's wear, so we reached out to Graves Brothers for a free estimate. The process could not have been simpler. We got our quote, decided to do the work and then after about a month our materials were in. From there we were just waiting on a crew to be available. The crew had the siding replaced in 3.5 days and the work was top quality. Gutters were added in the next day. The foreman was in constant communication to make sure we were aware of the progress and to address any concerns as they came up. We would highly recommend Graves Brothers to anyone looking to replace their siding."

"My husband and I have hated the color of our front siding since we moved in. It was finally time to address it! After a few estimates from a few companies, we felt most comfortable with Graves Bros. From the estimate with Mike, to the continued communication with Jessie, to the crew and their manager, Connor… Everything went smoothly. Everyone was super nice and very professional. Our crew was scheduled to come between 8-9 am. They were there by 8am and working hard by 8:15am. We had just the top part of the front of our house done in new siding. The crew was done and cleaned up by 2pm the same day. Quality work, too! Oh, and they did it in below freezing weather and snow! We did our best to keep them warm with coffee. ;) We will definitely be calling them again for future home projects. Can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you, Graves Bros!"
