"Excellent family run small business!! You can shop around, but you’ll end up back here because of their good prices & excellent customer service. They treat their customers like gold and have an amazing variety of current styles of flooring at great price points. I was in the market for new flooring for a kitchen remodel. Being tied to 80’s style golden oak as trim throughout the house made looking for a flooring product that complimented the remodel nearly impossible. The folks at Syracuse Flooring were extremely patient as I borrowed close to 20 samples over the course of a month. When I still didn’t commit to a purchase after borrowing samples, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, no sales pitch or harassing phone calls. I continued to shop at the big box home improvement stores & other local flooring companies for price and product comparison. At the end of it all, I came back to where I started my search: Syracuse Flooring. Every person that I interacted with at this store - from borrowing samples to eventually loading the product into my vehicle after purchase - went over the top to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. A special thanks to Mike, who after my purchase realized that I paid for an extra box of flooring that was never received. He caught it during an inventory later in the week. I would’ve never realized it since my attention was focused on the rest of my kitchen remodel and I had another week before I was going to install the floor. Mike called and refunded me $100 for the missing box. Who does that nowadays!?! It's the to perfect anecdote that speaks to how they run their business. Syracuse Flooring has me as a customer for life! Consider them for your next project."

"Mike and Becky were outstanding! We were moving into a home And Was hoping To have the musty basement carpet removed prior to our move in date. These folks bent over backwards and were willing to do it, if we could Have gotten measurements from The previous owners. Now that we own The home and have it finished, the flooring is beautiful. I highly recommend these folks. They were fantastic!"

"From the recommendation to use Syracuse flooring to the installation, we can't say enough about this company. Picking out samples to bring home and see what looks best for us we so easy. When Mike came to so the measurements, he was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how the floor should be laid to look the best for our home. He was down to earth and very friendly, you can tell he loves what he does. When the installation date came, Jason and Pat were very polite and explained everything each step of the way. They were very careful and meticulous with every inch of floor they laid. We are blow away with the results! Even having to come back to a quick fix, Pat was so apologetic, a first with all the projects we've done, someone took ownership for a mistake. They also are very proud of their work and it shows. We will recommend Syracuse Flooring to everyone and not just for flooring, wish we knew they did kitchens too. Call them you won't be disappointed! They also did our backsplash and again did a fabulous job!! Couldn't ask for a better experience!"

"Beware! One of the biggest mistakes we ever made was hiring this company . Their work is substandard. They did not follow mfgs. Install instructions.made a mess of the moldings.refused to complete and make corrections. They just walked off of job and left never to return. They quit! Pictures shown are the quality of their work! Owner refused to come out and correct. He would not even talk to me. Mfg. States 8" minimum between board joints. Some of mine are 1" (and there are many). Our baseboard is falling off in areas. Doors not cut to open. Flooring cut too short and filled in with silicone! Reported to attorney general's office and syracuse flooring replies were mostly lies! New flooring team I hired cannot believe the quality of their work! (Total mess) Syracuse Flooring America installers cut the flooring so short in front of sink they took pieces of flooring and turned up sideways, glued to base and stuck baseboard against it to space it out far enough to cover all of their ( short cuts)! They are tearing up floor and making all of the corrections (this is costing me about 5000.00) ! If Phil and his company were reputable and cared, they would pay the bill for their inferior job! New flooring guy found molding that they broke in half and taped it together with electrical tape to hold it together and nailed it back down! they had new molding to use?"

"Going with American Flooring Of Syracuse was one of the best decisions we have made in a long time! The owner came to our home to measure, discuss the project and answer questions. It was so helpful to have one person coordinating the whole project. All I had to do was pick out the materials. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and worked very hard to do a great job. The new maple hardwood flooring and carpet looks beautiful! We will definitely return for future projects."
