"John from Pink Rose Handyman was amazing. He did exactly what we hired him to do and so much more. Our plumber left a big hole in our ceiling. John from Pink Rose fixed it so well that we can’t even tell where the hole originally was. He also did some work on our window trims. When standard trim pieces did not work on our windows, he made a custom one for us that fit perfectly and look amazing. John from Pink Rose was kind, friendly, timely, hardworking, and had great craftsmanship! Would highly recommend."

We are long time customers, moving from the Rochester area to greater Syracuse 7 months ago, and have used their services for 8+ years. Most recently, John has helped to make our house a home. "The tradesmen who work for this company are skilled professionals who do their work in a timely manner. We also very much appreciated the expedited service we received in one case in advance of the arrival of family for a holiday. However, neither of the two contracts I signed with Pink Rose were completed as specified. In both cases, vintage tiles which were taken home by their handyman to remove old grout so they could be reset on new support surfaces were damaged to an extent that there weren't enough left to complete the restoration. Instead, a whole shower wall in one case, and a bathroom floor in another, had to be replaced by new, less attractive materials. The loss of our retro-looking bathrooms is very regrettable."
"Excellent first time experience. From my initial phone call with Ann to the professional, courteous and neat John C. , I was pleased. Everything was explained clearly and they did not mind my extra questions. I had a shower problem, need for fresh grout and a safety bar installed. The service was completed on the same day . Well done and would not hesitate to use Pink Rose again. Reassuring service for a senior citizen."
