"I am quite familiar with this location. I've driven through the location, which is vast, and with al the development going on in and around the Syracuse area, it could serve as an example for conservation. I realize most of this are is unusable, so that is a good start, but now you would want to figure some sort of an example for other local Municipalities to follow. Maybe dealing with the discomfort of a swamp, figure out landmarks without disturbing the ecological value of its natural boundary, and tying together other local natural boundaries and parks to promote visitors. Most visitors come to the Central New York location for an improvement in their education. Why not take what's already there and use it to your advantage over other places of interest in upstate NY?"

"Too many snakes, trails are nice and desolate though."

"It's not for the weak as they have very primitive trails. I only explored some of the massive swamp, but some neat scenery that borders the Chittenango Creek. Make sure you have big spray, and reapply frequently."

"A great place for hiking and target practice. This time I brought the whole family, even the dogs! The snow is still deep in some spots but not knee-deep like last week lol."
