"I have been going to this exact location for years since its right down the street from my house. Ive never had a problem before. But I will probably never visit again after my last experience. Last week I spent all morning looking for places for a covid test and ended up coming there to see if I could atleast buy one. I had to ask for help to see if they had any. And the girl literally only replied "nope." When I started to tear up she just walked away. I was absolutely disgusted after I left. Here's a customer service lesson for this store. Try saying "I'm really sorry for the inconvenience but we are sold out right now." Or how about taking the extra step and checking to see when you'll get more in, or checking to see if another store has one for the customer. You do no just reply "nope" and walk away from a customer. And to do so when someone starts to cry? Revolting lack of service and compassion towards your customers."
"It would be great if my automatic refills were processed each month instead of just some months. It would also be lovely if my prescriptions were ready for pick up when they said they would be instead of being stocked back too early and without notice. This pharmacy has gone downhill more and more every year since being Eckerd."
