"Was a customer here since at least 2004… after Missy left the Customer Service has gone to hell!!! As of January 2024 I started using Kinney but CVS has still been filling my scripts and charging my insurance for them!!! Even shows that I picked them up when I have not been there for entire month of January 2024! BE CAREFUL AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR INSURANCE!!! I am having a difficult time filling my scripts now at Kinney!!!"

"Wife (85) just called to make appt for flu shot ,(9/12/22) Wed). Whoever answered phone after 20 min wait, very rude. Treated her badly saying “you have to make an appt. via internet.”, and hung up! Needs to be more courteous to customers. Quite a few older seniors do not use the internet."
