"I rarely ever go to Walmart. I openly hate this store. They run the store like a military institution, as if everyone is a criminal. The employees are argumentive. I went to this place to buy blinds, for a new house I bought, and did not want to wait for a delivery order. I will never recommend this prison."

"Well, they were out of Friskies Salmon Pate and I had to go home and explain this to my blind cat, Stevie Kittles. She WAS NOT happy. I tried to serve her another brand, I thought that she would not notice because she can't see the can. She definitely noticed. She's very finicky for a former street cat. Anyways, I went to Dollar General and picked some up for her and all was right in her world again."

"Staff and management lack professionalism and at this particular store multiple mismarked items that ring up higher at the register. Always check your receipt! Don't expect them to honor displayed prices or refund your money when they make mistakes. You will be faced with poor customer service and rude comments by supervisors unless you report issues directly to corporate. This store (Great Northern) does not follow Walmart policies until corporate intervenes and counsels the management and supervisors on Walmart policies. Even then don't expect any apology or admitting they were wrong. So far.... only this location treats customers poorly and will take advantage of you by overcharging and false advertising signage about sale items. Shop Cicero or Central Square if you want to avoid the poor customer service! This pertains to the general merchandise not the pharmacy. The pharmacy at Great Northern is professionalism, helpful, and friendly!"

"Prices have any rocketed. Can never find an employee when you need one. The clothes are disorganized. The cashiers do not smile very often. I wonder if they feel "stuck" The store is often a mess but it's closest to my home so it is my store. They treat their employees poorly"
