"Needed worked done on a window. A weight broke so the window wouldn't stay open. Took over 6 weeks to get someone out to the house which is a whole other story. Anyway... Guy finally came out, did the work and left grease all over the window and trim. Really, Comfort?? Can't wrap my head around it. The photos only show some of the grease. I emailed Comfort and never heard back. This isn't the first time they have failed to return a phone call or email. Their service is very hit or miss."

"Professional, courteous, and quality installation by Comfort. We did a multipart siding project this year which included front door, vinyl siding, stone work, soffits and gutters. It was great that the same company can handle all of it and coordinated every part of this job perfectly. Matt worked tirelessly with us on getting the best combination deal and selecting all the material and colors. The installation crew worked every day and kept the surrounding area immaculate. We really appreciated that there was end of the day cleanup so we could use the driveway and not worry about scrap material. The crew worked with care like it as their own house. The results were wonderful!"

Salesman Larry designed an awning window to replace a wall air conditioner that I no longer use. It's perfect!"
