"I’ve been coming to Soria for about a year now and my skin has improved drastically! I’ve been getting facials and the laser genesis. My skin tone is so much more even and the texture much smoother. Soria gave me great skincare techniques to use at home. I’ve also loved getting to know Soria on a personal level as well. I couldn’t recommend her enough!"

"This is a review for Malcolm, the manager of this location. Last year my husband booked me an aromatherapy massage for my birthday. I didn’t receive the aromatherapy massage and instead received the basic one. I even asked the masseuse halfway through he said it was too late. The receptionist at the time offered me a $25 credit that she claimed could be used on anything in store or services which I accepted. The last time I went to this location Malcolm was extremely rude. Trust me I’d rather have gotten my service than a credit. He was condescending and basically said the credit wasn’t valid on any in store product or discounted service - full price only. It’s not my fault your team screwed up. And great so now I have to spend more money to use the credit for your mistake? No thanks. Avoid this particular location at all costs. They are always screwing up one way or the other"

"Does Soria work at any other locations not associated with skin spa? i have not been back here in a year but she had my skin looking healthy and glowy. Unfortunately, the front desk was always rude to me and would hang up phones on me whenever I called . The front desk managers DO NOT like if you don't buy packages and can be very mean about pushing their packages. If there is a way to contact Soria or possibly find out if she does facials at a different establishment how would I do that? I would call and ask for her but the manager was always rude and dismissive with me."

"Soria is such a gem with my facials! I had been seeing her at SkinSpa for my facials for a while but I took a break in between to try out the estheticians in my new neighborhood. However, I quickly realized that no one can treat my skin better than Soria! She has set a certain standard for addressing my skin concerns reflecting the true meaning behind SkinSpa’s custom facials. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Today I started my 6 treatment laser hair removal with gentle and kind, skin specialist, Eka. She’s wonderful! Room was peaceful, clean and pleasant. Treatment was easy, surprisingly painless and quick. Parking is extremely convenient on the weekends and probably during the week. Especially during a pandemic to be able to drive to a location and park walking distance away is so helpful to avoid subways. Currently that have a 40% off any laser treatment!"
