GO Car Wash 3400 Transit Road, Depew, NY 14043

"Please be aware of the practices at this car wash. I just purchased a new vehicle and drove by a huge line at Delta Sonic and decided to get a wash at this location. I paid 26.99 for a premium was with a 10 day guarantee. This was was the works and when going thru the was I realized I just got a basic wash. I pulled out not wanting to drive thru traffic to notify attendant so I pulled around other side of car wash where there was a drive. I was immediately asked what I was doing. When I asked for the manager as identified by the attendant with sprayer he came out. He was a young pleasant kid and offered refund. I asked if I could go back thru he said sure. I go back in the car wash same thing happens. Now 45 minutes into this experience I go around the other side of the building. I walk into the office and am greeted by the same kid and another young gentlemen Anthony. Anthony goes what’s going on with you why did you go around the building like that before. I tell him because I didn’t get the wash I paid for. He tells me the lights in car wash have been broken for months and that he will prove to me I got the wash and then I was to apologize to him. I was immediately taken back and this gentleman was threatening and almost wanted to start a fight. I tried to de escalate the conversation but he continued to threaten to kick me out and called me names. At that point I tried to explain dealing with customers and that made him irate. The other young gentlemen seemed scared at what was occurring but remained professional. After typing a few keys he realized that it was the car wash mistake and that I would receive a refund and that I was to leave. I explained to him that I knew thru friends the previous owners and he said they sold go away. I did refer to him an unpleasant way after being treated that way as I left. Anthony is a risk for this business if he is the so called manager. I have not received a refund and am concerned that other car wash patrons are spending money on a premium wash and getting a basic wash. I will be bringing this to the attention of the NYS Attorney General. THIS BUSINESS HAS AN F BY THE BBB look it up.."

"Canceled my membership because I changed my card payment and this place removed one of the cars from my account from when I originally signed up 3 years ago and now want me to pay double what I was. Horrible customer service. Get you no where. Nothing but a hassel and they don't even clean your vehicle that well. Never have towels out. Don't waste your time at this place"

"Went back to address my concerns as to your reply, was told by management nothing would be done to make good on a half washed vehicle with receipt in hand. So much for customer satisfaction ."

"It's a car wash place. I like this place because they seem more attentive to the car when you first enter. Being careful to spray the entire car and that's just the lazy wave of the one that the main competitor does. That being said, even though my car comes out cleaner it is a little bit more expensive so be careful."

"Your car wash damaged the roof on my 2023 Chevy Colorado on Sept 15th. A claim was immediately filed, pictures taken and to this day I have heard nothing from anyone about repairing the damage. Emails, phone calls, the location manager have done nothing. This company obviously does not take responsibility for damaging a vehicle. I would not recommend using their service. My next course of action is to call an investigative reporter from the local news media."
