"Went to this car wash today, normally go on Sheridan Dr. when my car was done there was soap still on the car and windows didn’t seem the water was working at the end. Won’t go there again! So I’d like to say I got a call from here already I believe his name was Nate, he explained that there a computer issue when I went thru and is offering me a an upgraded car wash then what I paid for. This is good customer service when they want to make it right, Thank you!"

"Their license plate reader worked improperly that last TWO times I tried to use my "free wash" that came with original purchase. No one came to HELP when I pressed the HELP button, so with a line of cars behind me, I just purchased another wash. Next time I tried to use THAT "free wash", the same thing happened. FINALLY after at least 5 minutes of being stuck in the line, an employee came out and told me to go to the office after going through the wash. Their office is strategically placed on the back side of the building so that if you park near the office, you are stuck in that frigging line again. Anyways, no manager was in the office, so I waited for quite some time. He pointed out that my receipt had one letter wrong for my license plate and gave me a free wash ticket. The entire experience just stunk. If you have lots of time to burn, and don't care about getting what you paid for, go ahead and use this car wash. I won't ever go here again...almost forgot to mention that many of their vacuums don't work."
