Buffalo State - G-24 Lot

Situated in the heart of Buffalo, our parking facility serves as a vital part of the Buffalo State community, providing accessible and secure parking options for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

At Buffalo State, we understand the importance of seamless transportation. That's why we offer a comprehensive shuttle service, including on-campus and overnight routes, as well as an off-campus neighborhood shuttle, ensuring you can travel effortlessly around the area. For those parking on campus, a valid university parking permit is required, except in metered areas. We offer a variety of permit options to accommodate your needs:

- Student Parking Permits: Available for registered students who meet eligibility criteria. Annual Fall/Spring permits are priced at $70, with prices decreasing as the year progresses. Note: First-year and second-year students residing in residence halls have specific restrictions but can apply for exemptions.

- Faculty and Staff Permits: Purchase your permit online, with the option for delivery via U.S. mail. Early registration is encouraged to ensure timely receipt. Temporary permits are available for alternate vehicles.

- Emeriti Permits: Buffalo State emeriti are eligible for a complimentary permit valid in faculty and staff lots.

Visitors can take advantage of our pay station at Lot G-24, offering a $5 day pass valid in student lots, or purchase a $10 week-long pass for Lot G-22. Temporary permits for visitors and special events can be arranged through Parking Services.

We also support environmentally conscious commuting with our SmartWay Elite program, offering a 20% discount on parking permits for vehicles meeting the highest EPA emissions and fuel economy standards.

For individuals with disabilities, Buffalo State honors valid municipal parking permits when displayed alongside a university permit. Temporary permits are available for students with temporary disabilities.
