"This was my 2nd visit, I'm still happy to hike here. Hiked B1 and B2 today. The intermediate to advanced was no joke, the back half of B2 is all up hill. Beautiful scenery, well maintained paths, not a lot of foot traffic (only ran into 4 people during my hike). Definitely recommend."

"Beautiful hike on a warm November day! One can park on the corner of Dutchtown and Hullsville .. the trailhead is right there. A map of the trails is on a board there, take a photo of it l This was my first time there, and I got confused as to what trail to take to take to complete the four mile hike outlined in red in the photo. I took trail number 1.. and stayed on it. I should have looked more closely as the red lined hike is in a number of different numbered trails. In any case, the hike was beautiful.. I loved going off trail to the waters edge.. the beaver dam was fascinating .. I can’t wait to go back again and hike the longer route, and still walk down to the water.. lots of leaves on the tail so the trail is not as visible, but there are enough yellow trail markers on the trees so one doesn’t wander off. .. there were a few cars, but saw no one on the trails.. peace and quiet"

"One of my favorite places in the area! Beautiful ponds, wonderful trails, and easy to bring the little ones along for a hike or mini camping trip ☺️"

"A nice state forest for hikes, and primitive camping/backpacking. Unfortunately the experience is hurt by others leaving traces of old campsites, terrible "bushcrafted" half built shelters, and some trash here and there. Venture deeper into the forest on the trails and this disappears. Closest area for me to backpack and camp so I've been there a few times. I will definitely go back, just hope people begin to follow the leave no trace philosophy there a little better."
