"Last time I make this mistake: the store lists things online as in stock that they don't have in store. I have spent so much money here and the manager always thinks I'm stealing. There's one very knowledgeable worker here and everyone else is just a judgmental nobody with no advice on what to buy or how to use the products."
"On December 5th, I was looking for an item. The manager saw me standing at the end of an aisle looking like I couldn't find what I needed. He asked me if he could help. After telling him they probably were out of it. He apologized. I then passed an aisle and thought I saw it. And did. Then as I headed up to pay for it, I told him where it was He is smiled. Said thank you. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love VHC staff."

"This was a nice, medium-sized hardware store. Bigger than a lot of competing local-level hardware stores, but smaller than your typical big box store. I was greeted right away by the cashier who engaged me in weather convo, and pointed me in the direction I needed for what I was seeking. As I decided to look around for anything else I may have wanted, the other employees roaming the store also greeted me and asked if I needed any help in finding anything. It was nice, clean, well-stocked and had a bit of everything. I'll be back should we be in the area again and have any hardware needs."
