"The repairs to my car were excellent. My only complaint is the difficulty I had reaching someone to give me updates on when my car repairs would be completed. The phone in the owego location is seldom answered so the only way of reaching anyone is by stopping by in person. My car took almost a week longer than expected, I understand having to wait for parts but an text or phone call would've been appreciated."
"I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was told for 3 weeks straight my car will be done tomorrow. no one answers the phone or calls you about when it will be finished. painted my bumper but had scratches and marks all over it. wind shield wipers didn't work, and they let air get down to 24lbs in my tire. if you are on drugs and need a job, I assume this is the place for you. please go anywhere else to get your car fixed; you have been warned!"
"Took longer than expected to get car back, but that's understandable. However, they did a fantastic job fixing the damage on my car. BUT the inside of my car was left incredibly dirty. It was so dusty, and they unhooked my sound system and didn't even tell me that things were unhooked. About a few days after getting my car back I then noticed the inside of my car was installed incorrect. My gas tank is now loose, my check engine light is on for it and my gas door will now not work. I have a 2021 vehicle in very good condition, with no issues prior to this visit. I have called, and they did say they will fix it. So hoping they stick to their word."
"From the minute I walked into the office, Nick was absolutely the most kind and courteous. After assessing the the damage to my vehicle, Nick and Mike both agreed I should not drive my vehicle. After several phone calls, my insurance adjuster set me up with a rental. Having never experienced an accident, or in this case greeting a deer with my front end, everyone was so helpful and pleasant. I cannot say enough about the care that was extended to me. They helped me by installing a bumper guard after repairing truck to new. Which was really going above and beyond.
