CVS Pharmacy

"I have never had anyone be so snappy and have such an attitude while simply trying to check out. I was interrupted several times until I had to speak over her to even ask to pick up medication. I had already had to leave the drive through earlier due to high wait time. This attitude started even before I got to start any of the transaction. Literally snapping at me to push buttons that were 30 seconds or more from even appearing on the screen for me to push them. Huffing that I had not pushed them yet. Telling me to turn the card around and not put it in the wrong way while I was in the actual process of turning it before I had even inserted it. I swear the employee was so ticked off to have had to come over and wait on me and was racing at such a level I really question what's going on there. I have and still do work with some very high energy fast moving people. This was another level. I don't think there's enough energy drinks to make someone this process speed. And being irritated the rest of the world is slowing her down. Keep in mind there was no other customers in the store and no line at the drive through. Pretty sure they were ticked off to start with because I stood there at the counter for a reasonable time and the pharmacist had to call out someone will be with you shortly. Then she came over to wait on me. Update again Line was long and slow at drive thru. So I returned later. Went inside. Store empty. I don't think I've ever had quite such an experience as I had with the person in the pharmacy as I had this evening. I had to interrupt them to even give them the info they needed to be able to help me"

"The staff is wonderful but their automated phone answering machine is a torturous dystopian nightmare that nobody deserves to have to deal with. Save your sanity and just drive there in person."

"This pharmacy is terrible. getting meds late which effect my health. rude pharmacy, not enough cashiers, and now the drive thru is always closed and they don't tell you why. store clutterd can't get around or find things they have moved things around. The pharmacy closes at 8:30pm when they are supposed to be open till 9pm weekdays. been a customer for years NOT ANYMORE."

"In last 6 months the pharmacy has not had orders ready , when told what time to pickup. Also had safety issues, refrigerated meds were left out. Planning to transfer to another pharmacy . Have been a customer for 15 years ."
