"When I first signed up with them they rarely delivered oil, ran bottom of my tank TWICE. I have tried disputing a delivery for MONTHS that doesn’t belong to me but I can’t seem to ever get ahold of anyone. When I spoke to the delivery manager, he apologized for my late deliveries, I can’t remember his name but he was the only polite one I spoke to and that’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars"

"Amazing service. Very quick and professional. Switched from Ferrell Gas, which told me it may be several weeks to refill my now empty tank, and they couldn't set me up on auto-fill because I didn't use enough propane. Scott Smith & Son came in 2 days of calling them, switched tanks, found and fixed a small gas leak, moved the old tanks for Ferrell to pick up, lit the hot water heater pilot for me, and set me up on auto-fill with monitoring in under an hour. Couldn't be happier with their prompt service."

"Switched from another local company to ScottSmith and Son. Not disappointed in my decision at all! Set up delivery for oil, the guy was very knowledgeable. Found out I had a small leak due to bad/old filter, he had someone reach back out to fix the issue. Technician came out that same week! Technician came with amazing service. Very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. Came over to change filters, and walked me through how to stay up on maintenance. Not to mention very affordable compared to other local companies that supply propane and oil."
