"Due to Endicott DMV giving me (confirmed) false information regarding a title, I then chose Owego to assist me. Each one of the clerks there was so friendly and helpful. They gave me the correct information and now my situation is resolved. A special thank you to Hannah O. who was patient and understanding. She took the time to listen to us explain the problem we were having with Endicott DMV instead of interrupting. "Update: consistently a good DMV experience. Short wait times. No appointment required. Since I'm well vaccinated and no longer care about masks. I'm bumping it up to 5 stars. I would have given five stars if the DMV employees were all wearing masks and masking were mandatory, rather than 'masks suggested'. Aside from that, I'd say it was one of my best DMV experiences ever."

"After an incident that happened in the office it is looking like there is no recourse or chain of command for this office. I had done everything in my power not to waste their time and be prepared. Followed protocol and even had the blessing of the gatekeeper for the line. Doesnt exactly make me want to go out of my way to give the local office the transaction fees they keep telling this community that they need and appreciate. Being ignored after the incident makes me feel even less so. Sad I had to go to another office and start over. However they were super nice, helped me, were able to do the transaction and actually followed through with their rules and procedures."
