"I am so sad and disappointed. Bill seemed knowledgable and kind when I first met him and spoke with him. He had my transmission towed to a friend's shop (I have no idea which shop and, therefore, have NO IDEA where my car is). Several months later he said he couldn't find a certain part. I had my father find it for him on the West Coast, ship it to me in NY, and then I *hand-delivered* it to Bill. That was in March 2022. It is now mid-September 2022. I've paid registration on this CA licensed vehicle twice already without even having the car in my possession. At first I thought something was wrong with him since he's older and mentioned having health issues. Regardless, that doesn't give him any excuse to be unresponsive for literally months. He has been screening my calls and texts since May 2022. I already contacted BBB, and they said he wouldn't even respond to them. I'm officially pushing forward with the Attorney General and small claims court."

Nobody was around and I found my transmission laying exactly where he and I unloaded it almost 3 months ago, except now it was muddy and wet. Here are the pictures of my transmission today. The anodizing on my brand new dip stick has faded on one side from being in the sun all summer. I AM ABSOLUTELY APPAULED. Absolutely no excuse."

"Just bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado with the 6l80 six speed transmission that was making a grinding noise, almost like when your going over the rumble strips on the shoulder. Called Bill on the phone & he knew exactly what was wrong & was very knowledgeable about this 6 speed transmission that are notorious for bad torque converters. Bill & his mechanic pulled the transmission, rebuilt it & replaced torque converter + then reinstalled transmission for a grand total of $1650!! The truck now shifts like new without any issues & no more shaking! If you have any kind of transmission problem Bill is your go to guy! Don’t be fooled into spending 5k on a new or rebuilt trani when Bills Transmission shop can rebuild yours usually less than 2k!!"

I had called him originally as my RAV4's transmission decided to randomly not work anymore, and he was extremely empathic and helped me calm down as I had been freaking out due to needing my car for school.
