"Thayne was extremely professional and helpful. I am not sure of the technician’s name who worked on my car but he was great, honest and worked in a very timely matter. I was on a baseball trip with my family when the breaks starting making noise. I knew I needed to get them done as soon as possible. I called and Thayne asked me to come in right away. My son had a 12:30 game and in less than an hour I was done and I was able to make his game. I couldn’t imagine a better experience. Thayne and the technician saved our trip!"
"Was in the area (live 4 hours away) for a baseball tournament and my wife’s car battery died. Being so far away you could imagine the stress . The staff at this location were phenomenal (especially the guy who did the initial assessment) . After deciding to go ahead and replace they had the car ready to go in 15 minutes tops. Really made my day"
"On Thursday, February 1st, 2024, we realized we had a flat tire and had over a 3 hour drive back to Massachusetts. It was 5 pm and we were out of options. We took the car here, and they were willing to plug the leak for us even though it was getting late. They were also serving another customer at the time, and I will admit that it took longer than expected, but they were working hard, and finally the job was finished. The worker there gave us a very generous deal that I was shocked to receive so I left a tip. We were able to get back to Massachusetts that night and now over 5 months later, there are no issues with the tire. I am not sure if the same workers still work here or elsewhere, but I really am very thankful for how they helped us in our time of need. Thanks so much and God bless! :)"
"They always try their best to fix all the problems but sometimes human error comes in and they just do the best they can. Some negative reviews are unfair. Oil changes are super quick and if it only takes a few minutes to fix something without parts or just checking everything over, no charge for the most part. Mechanics aren’t machines that get everything right every time. All in all I would recommend Mr. Tire for most repairs."
"Very nice people and also very kind. I had to wait a while even though I had an appointment to get my inspection done so he didn’t charge me for mounting my plate which is usually $32 I think. He only charged me the $21 and said thank you for your patience with us. I also got two snow tires from them as well and they are great tires and good price."
