"Cant give negative stars so, I have no choice but to give one. I called to get a price for a hitch and installation and spoke to Artie. Horrible attitude and sales ability. Couldn’t be bothered to give me an actual price. Quote: “Shoot from the hip, I’d say $150.00-200.00 for the hitch and $150.00 for labor”. Arrogant attitude. I would never consider them for ANY services in the future. Artie, you lost a customer. I’ll get the hitch elsewhere. They say the calls are monitored. I hope this one was."
