"I came to this location to get a form notarized. I arrived at 9am, guy told me no one was available until 10am. I returned at 10:20am and the guy tells me “she’s not here yet and I won’t be calling her to find out where she is, she’s the boss!” Absolutely ridiculous and thank you for wasting my time. "My Cashier Louis went above and beyond with my amazon package. Originally amazon said to drop my package at a UPS location. Louis informed me that the label says “post office”. However he assured me that they can still accept the package and have place my package in the Post Office pile. Louis is very kind and understanding. Thank you!"
"This place is a rip off. It is an Amazon return drop off. The try and charge you for for things such as a 3" peice of tape is $2.00 the last time they wanted to charge me $8.00 to drop off something that cost me $20. You can bring the same item to staples and they would never rip off customers the way the UPS store does. I will never give them any business."
