"False Advertisement! They offered us 2 years free service and now they are claiming that because the car has 24000 miles (1 year old car) it’s not free. So disappointed, not only they lie to you but the place is very small, I did not find parking space on a Wednesday morning. The waiting room was so small that I was sharing my personal space with people I didn’t even know. I would recommend choosing a different place."

"Mike was great...I was stranded at a hospital parking garage and needed a tow. When I contacted him to forewarn him that the car was coming in, he indicated that they were very busy and he wasn't sure how quickly he would be able to get to it. Then to complicate everything, the tow truck arrived late and brought the car to Baron Honda even later than I had anticipated. But to my pleasant surprise, I received a call within the hour that the car was ready! This was my first service call with them and I was impressed. I will definitely be using them again."
"Bait and switch prices. All was fine when speak to PHIL before going to the dealership. I was told there have been some repairs to the vehicle before selling it. “Exhaust” was changed to the car i was coming in to purchase. I got under the car to check and the exhaust was still rusty. Then when we get to the paper work the price increased $3,000 more. I was being charged for the “repairs” that they made."
