"Our sales guy Angelo did a great job finding a great affordable car with better terms than we thought we could get. Pleasure to deal with him...... I'm going to re-rate not the experience but the car I got. Boy oh boy I thought buying a 2018 malibu for a total of 18k$ would have been riding perfect.for at least a few years. 3 weeks after I got the car it started making noises in all 4 corners of the car. A bunch of things on the car were bad from the get go but I never even brought it back cause the warranty is only the power train. Since I'm paying so much I still haven't gotten to fixing it I can't afford it and it's at the brink of failure. It also consumes oil from change to change. By time it's oil change time there's only half the oil I put in. The car was really a piece of junk from the getgo but being so in need of a car that seemed like only had cosmetic issues I jumped on it. Issues only presented themselves after driving a bit. I know they wouldt fix anything because I delt with dealers like this in the past actually the guy on the next block and it was all my problem. So this car will fail and I'll be making payments on an 18k$ car until I get a better job or something"

The staff is very kind and professional and they made it easy for me to purchase my pre-owned vehicle. The first person I came into contact with at 112 Auto Plaza was Walter, the sales rep. He’s straight forward, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions promptly and accurately. And he was helpful in helping me choose my car (a Nissan Altima). He was also able to get me approved for a loan. I really appreciate all of his assistance. Then there’s Alex, a wonderful young lady who’s considerate, kind and very professional.
