Well from the moment Kerry Keyes, the branch rental manager answered the phone I knew I was in the right hands. She was able to rent me the exact car that I requested and had it ready for pickup the very next day at noon!!! What a relief during such a stressful time. It was easy to extend the rental as needed (2 times) while waiting for the weather to cooperate to finish the brakes after the part came in. The service was great, which has typically been my experience with Enterprise."
