"I’m not sure where to start with my rating, but overall it was truly satisfying being able to have a great experience and also get the vehicle I wanted. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, I didn’t feel not one bit of pressure to buy a car nor did I see any aggravation in the team that assisted me. For starters Trisha assisted over the phone and found the vehicle I wanted in her location and set me up with Victor to assist once I arrived. Victor was super, super helpful and pleasant he definitely helped me and truly let me leave with a smile and not overwhelmed with my purchase. He was informative, patient, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. "STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I leased this 2021 Jeep Cherokee on 07/2021. Not sure why and what happened, the car just wouldn’t start since last night 03/09/2024. I tried to start the car again today 03/10/2024. Still not working. I called the Jeep customer service and they said they will get my car tow to the closest dealership which is this location. The representative told me to give the dealership a call to tell them that my car will be tow to their location. I called a few times and they didn’t pick up. Then I needed to reach the sale department and the lady picked up my call and transferred me. But no one pick up the phone at the end. Then I called again to the sales department. The lady said she will send a message to the service department and they will call me back within 15 minutes. Finally I got a call back from the service departments. I told the lady that my car will be tow to their location because the car isn’t working. Then she said the service manager were all left for the day. And they don’t have any open appointments for me. And she said it’s gonna take a few days to have an open appointment for me. OF COURSE THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO LOANER CARS AT THE LOCATION. Why am I paying for a car that has problems? And there’s no loaner cars for me when the car has problems? I don’t understand this. This is really wasting my time and my money. I didn’t expect the car would have any problems when the car is only run around 28000 miles. I feel hopeless everytime when I deal with all these car problems with this dealership. They only want your money. They won’t help you when your car has problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION."
