"I went to this repair store today as I noticed bottom of my car has a metal piece seemed to be fell off, I told them my car was just done inspection with them two weeks ago, and I assumed there will be warranty or at least give me a better discount. All they did was lift the car, put screw to the metal piece and get it done in 5 mins. They did not even tell me the price after they checked and just asked me go to cashier to pay, and I was so shocked they charged me $75 for just 5 mins work. I swear I will give no more car inspection/repair/maintenance work for this store as they treat me so bad as a loyal customer for years."
