"I will never rent from 2235 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn ever again. I was charged multiple times and was told it was a hold on my card and it would drop off and I would get my money back. When I returned the car 2 days ahead of schedule they proceeded to charge me again, when I was already paid up till a certain date. I spoke to Melanie from that location and told me to give my bank some time to process it and it will reflect. I only received one adjustment. I waited a whole week and they still haven't returned my money. I've tried calling but no one picks up the phone. I do not recommend this location."

"Had a surprisingly nice experience at this location. I picked up a car Saturday morning and it was a smooth process. Drop off was equally good. They weren't able to give me a ride to my car's body shop, but I guess it was a little outside their radius. 5 star customer service."
