"I need to start by saying, that I dread car shopping and the idea of going to a dealership, if I could avoid it altogether, I would. Fortunately, Rob my sales Rep, immediately put my mind at ease. He walked me through the entire sale, very pleasant and attentive to details. From the start to the delivery date of my new 2023 S60 B5 plus/ black theme edition, Rob explained all the functions of the vehicle how to care for the car maintenance, and the extra warranties available for the lifetime of the car. The entire team at Volvo was just as friendly and cordial, and very knowledgeable of their brand. The minute you walk into the dealership, you are greeted by their reception desk and their Sales manager Ryan, and introduced to the rest of the sales team. The best experience so far and definitely will return, whether it is to service my vehicle or another purchase."

"I had the most wonderful experience at Volvo yesterday 7/29/2024. I spoke to Tommy in the service department along with his service team. I had called earlier that morning to schedule an appointment. They told me to bring the car in right away. Once, I arrived they began working on my vehicle and I was in and out within an hour. They also sent me a detailed video of the work that they had completed on my vehicle. It was the smoothest transition I ever had dealing with a dealership. The person at the service desk was kind and willing to explain what was going to happen. I then spoke with Judy who also helped me with a situation that I that had occurred the day before with Roadside Assistence . I had purchased my vehicle and worked with Alex in the sales department and Mike Ryan in the finance department and all in all it was a wonderful, smooth transition and I am very happy to be working with Volvo.
