Upon returning the rental, everything was done fast outside of the office and it only took 5 minutes and I was on my way. very courteous people here especially one named Jason."

"The representatives are the best thing about this branch and address. The tall black woman who helped was lovely she explained very well and gave me lots of options. The reason I can’t give this location a 5 is because of lack of inventory and the car I received. I went on a Sat I believe and it was busy with 9-12pm hours. Only 3 hours and no inventory so I ended up pays an extra $9 a day since my insurance only pays to $50. No biggy right I needed a car after my car was deemed a loss. My issue is I refunded twice to switch out since I knew I would have the car for a long time and it would add up. Each time different days same story I don’t have the ones under $50 just ones you pay extra. So I had to keep it, it’s one to pay extra for a car but another to pay for one that is giving issues. The car windows would creek everytime it went up or down like someone was sliding a fork down it. The display that I would use to play music or GPS would go black during usage and wouldn’t turn back on unless the car was turned off then on. I had to go to work so I let my brother drop it off but to charge me $9 extra no discount for returning and never having cars is crazy."
