"I give this place of business 2 stars because I can’t give them 2.5 stars and I haven’t closed a deal w. them, so I can’t rate their vehicles and deals. I am however rating the customer service. I had 2 encounters with Josh. First time, I went in person inquiring about 2 vehicles. He was very honest and straightforward. He mentioned one of the cars was in the shop for like the 3rd time so I couldn’t view 1 of them. The issue with Josh is, he has no customer service whatsoever. He kept cutting me off as I was TRYING to speak. He continued to speak over me as I bullied myself into speaking my piece. I asked him for the out of door price for the vehicles so I may get an idea of what I would be paying. If the price is not right, I’m not going to waste either of our time, and it was like pulling teeth to finally get that. He pretty much kept implying that when I’m ready to buy (drive off the lot with it), then we may discuss prices, but how can I even consider buying if I have no clue what I am paying. I then went to the lot to see the other car and I couldn’t even see a full 360 because it was SQUISHED between many cars, so that wasted some of my time. I took the information anyways and slept on it for about 2 weeks. Surprisingly, when I called back, the cars were still there. I left a message Sunday night and haven’t received a follow up w. him. I then called back Monday afternoon, inquiring to test drive the car. He then carried on w. the same attitude. Not allowing me to speak, speaking over me, and wanting me to be ready to buy the car now. I asked him what time does he close as I wanted to come and test drive the car. He said, “we’re here all day, but don’t come too late.” What does that even mean smh. He then continued to say, “all of my cars are good and drive well,” implying that he doesn’t want me to test drive. Again, I don’t know how I can purchase a vehicle without seeing that for MYSELF and actually feeling how it drives. I was really considering purchasing the vehicle because I really wanted it, but the customer service is poor. I can see why the vehicles were still there. Guess I will take my business elsewhere."
