"Booked a car from their Brooklyn location and they are closed. Even received an email confirming the pickup at nostrand and it’s an empty lot abandoned. They never responded to emails - they are likely out of business just charging credit cards from a closet. DO NOT BOOK."

"I highly doubt the legitimacy of this business. Made a reservation and when I showed up, I knew something was off. Waited 20 mins with employees saying nothing while shuffling in and out of the tiny rental space and taking pictures of their shoddy looking cars. No mention of insurance or anything while making the reservation. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere."

"Needed a rental a couple days before Xmas and got stood up by Hertz who didn’t hold my reservation. Called IMpres and they told me what they had available and I made my way over. Customer service was excellent I was in and out in a few minutes with a clean ride at a reasonable rate. Drop off was perfect too. I’d definitely recommend and plan to use them again. Good service no hassles or hidden fees and up to date cars."
