"Terrible location.. Gave me a rental car that had a check engine light on and tried to say that they just fixed it.. They offered me a different car, but the place just doesnt have a good vibe and looks shady"

"If you want to get a rental then go anywhere beside this Avis location.. I made a reservation online a week before my pickup, and when a came to pick up my vehicle I felt like they gonna do me a huge favor here.. She let me wait an whole hour.. then she told me without any excuse that she can't find my vehicle.. I wasted my time/money You should rather rent a horse to travle then renting a vehicle from this place."

"One guy who is great at a very busy location. Terrible location for renting moving truck. Parking lot is impossible to navigate through. No supplies, furniture pads, boxes etc. Hitch for the trailer to pull my car had no wiring for blinkers. I am waiting to get a different trailer. I am losing a day of travel with the very long wait. I deserve a discount or extra days for my travel. I Don't recommend this location for truck rentals."

"Got a car fit a couple days. The guy who rented the car filled up the rear driver’s tire with an air compressor. Didn’t tell me there was a slow leak. Watched over 3 days air pressure go lower on dash. Bill was 20+ dollars more than the rental online for some reason. Only went 51 miles total and returned it almost 2 gallons gas more than I got it. Can’t read the paper receipt cause it’s almost illegible. Going to try another rental company next time."

"Ripped off by this company. We prepaid for a car rental for a week and since we were able to finish our car on time, we returned it 3 days early expecting to get some money back. I got the car at a cheaper rate because I am part of a union and got a discount so the car averaged at about 28.00 per day. When we went to return the car, the customer service representative had no idea how to answer our questions and informed us that he was going to take the car and we would have to contact customer service about any money that was owed to us. When we called customer service we were informed that not only were they not going to return us the portion of the money that we did not use for the rental, but also that because the agent was so clueless at the rental location, he increased our rates so that we could not get a refund and added protection without our acknowledgement. This brought our price even greater than the amount we prepaid for. This thankfully was removed and refunded. We then tried to speak to a supervisor from customer service because at this point we are being robbed for our money. We were informed that a supervisor was not available and that they would have to call us back with 24-48hrs because they were busy helping other customers. We used the car from Tuesday January 30-Saturday February 3 so there is not reason why I should be penalized and have to pay for the additional 3 days because u opted to pay online as opposed to at the counter. Not to mention that we were originally provided with a nasty and unclean car when we picked up the rental . A car that was handed from one customer to another without it being inspected or cleaned. I am still waiting to be contacted by a supervision regarding this issue. I can not believe how disgusting this place is in regards to their buisness and customer service but I can surely see why they have such despicable reviews. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for professionalism and customer service elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache for a few dollars."
