"GREAT in the day, Hell hole at night. Dirtbags sleeping in theirs cars overnight in the parking lots, Homeless lingering around the building from 9pm on Every night. Saw a homeless guy living in his car get out and peeking around the corner of the building just last night watching people going in and out, I tagged him.on it because I have pics and he got in his car and scammed. Great in the day, risky parking lot at night from 9pm on. Just be on your toes!!!!"

"Clean, and peanut protein smoothie was the best I have had. Beats out, Tropical Smoothie Cafe. And I just have to address this Issue. Someone else left a review stating that they did not understand why they had to pay for their order From the kiosk, Before the staff were allowed to make it. This person was insulted by that. I can tell you from traveling a lot, That this is probably a new procedure that was implemented To reduce store theft. The same procedure Is followed by the chain store Sheetz, in many Other states. Unfortunately Many people are dishonest, So these stores have had to implement these procedures to pay for the food before they begin to make it from the kiosks. It’s loss prevention. Anyhow, I hope this helps anybody that might’ve been wondering the same thing. It’s actually a common practice in many states in stores like this. And honestly, I do think it is a smart thing to do. Anyhow, love this store, no complaints"

"I had a issue today were I ordered 2 egg muffin sandwiches with turkey suasage. Guess maybe she was new cause the gentlemen behind asked if she's okay making the two sandwhiches. Got to work there was no eggs just sausages. I went back today spoke with the manager Elleen I think her name is. She was super kind and friendly and gave me free sandwich to compinsate. Advice check your food before leaving."

"I've been working in the area and going here for gas and lunch for 4 months patronizing at least 2-3 times per week. I came in one day and a new girl was working the sandwich counter, I put in my ticket on the computer as I always do went to do some shopping and came back to the counter to pick up the sandwich. She refused to give it to me until I pay, at the front of the store. I had never done this in the past. I always picked up the sandwich which is at the back of the store and went to the front at the end paid for everything I have before leaving. I asked to speak to a manager and I explained this was always the way it worked and she said no despite my very different experience for the previous 4 months multiple days a week. Frankly.... I was so insulted that they discredited my experience in their store as a customer that I handed them the soda I just poured and left the store. In addition, logically it would make no sense to go to the back of the store order a sandwich, go back to the front to pay then then go back to the back AGAIN to pick it up. Respect your customers and recognize who comes in every day. Your disrespect just sent me to Mobil for gas down the block which is 5 cents cheaper and 7 eleven for convenience. Who needs that disrespect. This review will be forwarded to corporate as well."

"Ellen, the manager, harassed me about parking my CRV and my trailer. I am disabled and she wanted me to park as far away as possible. This happened several times over a few months until I started parking in the back alley except when it was really slow or the left side door was closed after 10 pm. My daughter is very ill and has tachycardia walking more than a minute or two, and Ellen's refusal to provide reasonable accommodations for our parking as disabled persons is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the NYS Human Rights Law. A few weeks ago I went in to tell them that a customer was allowing his dogs to poop in the grass in the back alley, and Heather and Emily, the manager Ellen's daughter, ganged up on me and verbally abused me. Emily made it worse by saying "Bye Brenda" over the loudspeaker. They were vile as was Cara, who later told me I couldn't come in the store and discuss the issue with any of the employees, and they could not discuss it with me. That was strange since most of the employees had not been told this. I was doing over $700 per month in gas, coffee, ice and food at this store. Meanwhile, several drunks routinely hang out on the picnic tables for hours, drinking beer out of Quickchek paper cups. The police had to be called on them as they were being violent towards each other. At night, druggies hang out, and drug paraphenalia has been found in the bathroom. Because we are traveling for medical care for my daughter, we routinely would use the bathroom after Walmart closed, but I would usually buy something every day, because I believe that if a company provides facilities, you have a responsibility to patronize the establishment. This morning I went in to talk to the manager, Ellen, after I had already talked to the assistant manager about the three employees being verbally abusive -- and she had said what happened was not proper or right. Ellen lit into me when I said that sharing my text messages about the incidents with her employees to turn them against me was unprofessional. She yelled and screamed at me, she yelled at me about parking, she was rude and belligerent. When I tried to talk about what happened, she kicked me out. Then she called the cops when I would not immediately leave because my very ill daughter was washing her hands in the bathroom. We didn't freeload. We were paying customers. Ellen doesn't have control of herself or her employees., She should not have her daughter as a direct report unless she owns the business. She should not play favorites within the ranks of the employees. She should not allow people to sit and drink beer on the tables in front of the store. She should be fired. My daughter is dying of kidney disease and cannot get a transplant or do dialysis due to other medical conditions. She is 25. Yet, Ellen herself harassed me, and allowed her employees to harass me for nothing more than reporting that a customer had broken the law not picking up after their dogs. That store is chaos. On the bright side, the assistant manager and a number of other employees are truly amazing. Perhaps they should be managing the store. They would definitely turn the attitude around. It's no skin off my nose to be thrown out of a gas station because I want people to obey the law, especially about picking up poop! Leaving it is gross. The employees, three women, and one of them daughter of the manager, going after me verbally and being abusive is not only inappropriate, it's a violation of the ADA and the NYS Human rights law because I am disabled. They hated me because of my disabilities and how I approach a conversation -- we believe I have autism. You cannot legally discriminate against someone because they are disabled, be it the need for a disability parking space for a larger vehicle, or to understand why someone with autism would be reporting a legal violation. Disabled people get discriminated against every day. It's high time to stand up against discrimination, harassment and retaliation. I wrote to the CEO of Murphy USA, which owns Quickchek."
