"Had a delivery order and it was left at the base of my stairs with no knock on the door and no honking of the horn and no way of knowing it was delivered. 20 minutes outside in 30 degree weather. And this supervisor just ummed and aww'd because apparently Door dash did the delivery and they have no idea who did it. Ridiculous."

"Hands down the best Applebees on the island. As a general manager myself, I can say that good service is key to keeping a loyal customer and Brenda does not disappoint. She is easily the best server of any food establishment I’ve been to. Not only does she know my order by heart with all of my customizations, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect EVERY TIME. I’d also like to add, you’ll know you’re receiving great service when your server brings you a new drink without having to ask for it. Brenda deserves nothing but the best for all of her hard work and I truly hope Applebees takes care of her. People are a businesses greatest asset and Brenda is clearly a gem. "I had a larg Schlafly Pumpkin beer and Southwest chicken bowl. Beer had caramel cinnamon suger rims and it tasted delicious!!"

"I have not been to an Applebee’s since 2017 at the Garden City location. I have to say I came only because someone was talking about all the promotions Applebee’s was running such as all you can eat boneless wings five dollar drinks and two for menus. I got the two for $32 bourbon chicken and shrimp, It is just as good as I remembered. Spinach and artichoke dip which was a large portion. Two Oktoberfest beers, dessert and a kids meal. Everything was fresh and tasty and inexpensive for me, compared to other chain restaurants. The menu had plenty of options to choose from. The waitress was also very pleasant and friendly service was great. I am very happy that I visited Applebees I will definitely return!"

"Microwaved food as always. But it tasted fine, was hot, came out fast, and filled us up. Took the 2 for $25 deal so the bill was cheap enough. Bartenders were great, friendly, and welcoming. Drinks were cold, tasted good, and had a fair price."
